General Refund/Cancellation Policy - 5% fee up to two weeks before the conference. Afterwards, a 50% refund will be provided until 72 hours before the conference. Refunds for cancellation within 72 hours of the conference start will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are a the sole discretion of Rosetta Design Group.
