Insights into Protein–DNA Interactions through Structure Network Analysis
In a research published at Plos Computational Biology, Sathyapriya et. al. employs a network analysis on a data set of protein-DNA complexes. The analysis results demonstrate characteristic clustering patterns at the interfaces, which might be used in the future for structure/binding-site prediction.
